Hello everybody :) I have teamed up with the wonderful Emily from http://diamondsanddachshunds.weebly.com/ . We bring to you a chatty Q & A. Lets get into it. 1. How long have you been blogging and what is your favourite part of been a blogger? I have been blogging for almost three years now (time goes so fast!!). I think my favourite part about blogging is being able to share my passions and my knowledge with other passionate people. I think it is a very happy experience to communicate and share with people who you have common interests with. 2. Summer or Winter? I always change my mind, but summer is probably the overall winner! Here where I live in Australia, there is a perfect mix of sunny, hot days perfect for the beach and then rainy, stormy days, perfect for a day inside watching TV! And, of course, summer means ice cream! 3. Three go to make-up products I would have to go with my Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream, my Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara and my Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Lip Balm. 4. Favourite outfit? Definitely a white playsuit with lace detail and a denim jacket. All time favourite outfit! I think I may of actually featured the outfit on my blog a few times! 5. Where would you like to see your blog in three years? In 3 years time, I would love to see my blog reaching more people and hopefully inspiring and teaching more people too. I hope to have grown as a person and hopefully be working with more cool brands and more amazing people! 6. Have you got any fears? I actually have a few strange ones! I think my biggest fear of all is reptiles, but especially lizards (eeep because the area I live in is FULL of lizards!). And strangest of all, I have a fear of Mac and Cheese! It stems from a long time ago in my childhood where I just had a few really bad experiences! 7. Favourite movie? I have so many, but probably Mean Girls (followed by Clueless, then 10 Things I Hate About You). 8. Christmas or Halloween? Christmas all the way! I love the atmosphere, music, food and people at Christmas! It is also the time of year where I get 8 weeks off from school, so that's an added bonus! 9. Dream holiday? I can never decide between a beach holiday or a more city-scape holiday, so I’ve settled for a kind-of in the middle place: Sorrento. I mean, c’mon! Beautiful beaches with just enough city to explore, what more could you ask for?! Thanks for reading! Any posts you'd like to see comment below xo

Very recently I visited Lyme House and Garden a beautiful National Trust estate in the heart of Cheshire. It consists of a large mansion house surrounded by amazing gardens. As you can imagine there is a lot of history behind the estate, a fascinating and wonderful story about a glorious House. Travelling and wondering around National Trust properties is one of my favourite things to do on weekends. It fascinates me that there are so many great places so close to your front door. Discovering the National Trust has encouraged me to get out and about more and enjoy the beautiful historical places and nature around me.
As a student at school, I studied History and I 100% enjoyed it! Learning about new and exciting things always interested me and learning so much information about past, present and future was a highlight of my History learning days. The National Trust is a charity that focuses on restoration and preservation of places of historical interest, nature and beauty. The charity raise their money through private subscriptions of their memberships, which are really inexpensive, their outstanding shops and donations made via the public. To learn more about the National Trust and there amazing cause check out their website - https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/ What did you all get up to at the weekend? Let me know in the comments. Thank you for you for reading! Any posts you’d like to see, comment below! |
